We comply with this requirement. • Contact and inquiry records: We retain contact form submissions and inquiry records for up to three (3) years. • Marketing and newsletter records: We retain these until you unsubscribe or request deletion. • Website analytics data: Retained in accordance with our analytics provider's data retention settings (typically 26 months for Google Analytics). When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional communications related to an active real estate engagement. Do Not Track Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. Our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals, but you may manage tracking preferences through your browser settings and the cookie controls described in Section 5. How to Exercise Your Rights To exercise any of the rights described above, please contact us using the information in Section 11. We will respond to your request within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

Our website and services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. 13. SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes. 2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to us. After you send the SMS message "STOP," we will send you a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. 3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected]. 4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary.
